Inter Milan have officially completed a flawless domestic sweep, clinching their 10th Coppa Italia trophy with a 2-0 victory over Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday.

The triumph secures a historic double for the Nerazzurri, who had already wrapped up their 21st Serie A title earlier this month with three rounds to spare.

Inter took control of the final early on, breaking the deadlock in the 14th minute. A corner from Federico Dimarco was met by the head of Marcus Thuram, whose effort took a decisive deflection off Lazio’s Adam Marusic and nestled into the back of the net.

The Milan giants doubled their advantage in the 35th minute when Denzel Dumfries surged into the penalty area and squared a perfect pass for captain Lautaro Martinez to tap into an empty net.
